All AdeptiCon attendees will be able to pick up their badge and event tickets at the AdeptiCon registration table starting Thursday, April 19th at 5:00 pm or any of the following days beginning at 7:00 am.
Weekend Badges and event tickets for open events can be purchased on site starting Thursday, April 19th at 5:00 pm.
AdeptiCon 2012 will take place on April 19th through the 22nd at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL. All the registration details can be found right here!
We’ve come a long way in the last decade, from our humble beginnings as a regional convention with 150 attendees, to an extravaganza drawing over 1500 attendees from across the globe. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION!!!
- Please make sure you purchase an AdeptiCon Weekend Badge. The AdeptiCon Weekend Badge is REQUIRED in order to register for all events at AdeptiCon and your registration will not be processed until it is purchased.
- Each full webcart order MUST be processed as an individual cart. This cart may contain multiple items. Individuals MUST login to the cart and checkout for their *OWN* unique weekend events. You can only add one (1) of each event per purchase (this does not include items in the AdeptiCon Store).
- Detailed event descriptions and rules can be found on the AdeptiCon Website.
- The online registration system will not warn you of overlapping time slots, so plan your events that you will attend carefully.
- You can add additional events at a later date. If purchasing event tickets for another attendee, please note their name and the event in the Comments field of the shopping cart.
- All AdeptiCon attendees will be able to pick up their badge, event tickets and swag bag at the AdeptiCon registration table starting Thursday, April 19th at 5:00 pm or any of the following days beginning at 7:00 am. You will not receive anything in the mail prior to the convention.
- Online Registration will close as of Friday, March 30th, 2012 17:00 CST. You may still register onsite either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- All refunds after January 1st, 2012 are subject to a 20% administration fee. Additionally, PayPal fees will only be refunded if the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the original purchase date. There will be NO REFUNDS after March 1st, 2012. AdeptiCon cannot be responsible for event problems caused by an Act of God(s), including, but not limited to, war, strike, act of terrorism, or natural disaster.
